The view out over Leicestershire from the tower known as Old John in Bradgate Country Park.
A short morning walk suited me today, with family coming to dinner later, so I joined my Ramblers for a six miler.
When I got home around lunchtime I found the postman had delivered my welcome pack from the National Plant Monitoring Scheme, something I subscribed to following discussions with K along the TMB. At the moment it looks pretty complicated, but I expect it'll look easier when I'm more familiar with what I have to do. I hope so anyway!
Extra: Fallow ? deer resting in Bradgate Park
