Moving on from yesterday's blip, there was more evidence to be found today that a change of season is not that far away.

These Galloway sheep, near Moniaive were sporting a new range of woollen coats in a decidedly autumnal shade of apricot.  Apparently it's very 'in' this year . . . . . . . . .
