At the top of the heap

I was just looking up over the top of our overgrown garden hedge and espied these poppies in the air!  On further investigation they had seeded themselves on the top of a heap of rubble brought in from the town. We will use it for hardcore on the track we are making across the farm.  Just thought they looked really pretty mixed with the other weeds.  The photograph is out of focus as I had to step back in the garden to take it - quite a high hedge!
