Figueira From the Breakwater

Had time for a quick walk after breakfast, before we drove to Quiaios, where the conference is. 

Good to see all the colleagues and excellent food, as is usual in Portugal, prepared by volunteers, so generous of them.

We actually saw sunshine in a bit of free time, but decided on a nap instead of a walk... oh well.

Gratefuls:
- a stimulating first talk by the (N Irish) speaker
- my foot being OK after walking more yesterday than I've done in ages
- how much more energy I have when it's cooler
