Aethon ni i dŷ ffrind yn Swydd Gaerloyw i fynychu i enciliad Bwdhaidd am y penwythnos. Roedd llawr o bobol yna.  Mae'n yr enciliad olaf yna oherwydd roedd rhaid i'n ffrindiau wedi gwerthu'r tŷ.  Mae llawer o atgofion da gyda ni o'r lle.  Maen nhw'n mynd i agor lle newydd ym Mryste ac wrth gwrs byddan ni'n cael ein canolfan preswyl Drala Jong yn fuan.

We went to a friend's house in Gloucestershire to attend a Buddhist retreat for the weekend. There were lots of people there. It's the last retreat there because our friends have had to sell the house. We have many fond memories of the place. They are going to open a new place in Bristol and of course we will have Drala Jong our residential center soon.
