Filling in some gaps here...

The day began early with some ironing before getting to the service. It's the last one in Wonersh URC and we had a fantastic preacher - Paul Murphy who talked about being humble. We stayed longer to chat with folks and say our goodbyes.

We then headed into Guildford, to Olivo - who do a special lunch deal even on the weekend. They have white fabric tablecloths and great food. My blip is of the back of the High Street walking back to the car. We'd already said to friends Ian and Barbara that we'd visit them for the last time today, so we drove straight to Hindhead.

They both looked well and we enjoyed a couple of hours chatting with them. Then it was back to the Lodge, where I have to admit, we were both tired, so we stopped for a cup of tea. Then it was putting as much stuff away as possible. We did mainly the outside things. The decking and the washing machine box have all been tidied.

We then started packing. I don't like packing but it has to be done. We seem to have bought a number of small gifts this last week and some of them are heavy. Hope we get everything into the two cases we brought over!

PS. My extra is one of my favourite views of the Surrey Hills when driving home on the A25. Really hard to capture; it has to be seen in real life.
