Levels Rising

After all the rain the other night, water levels in the lake are way up, to the point that along the edge of the reedbed it is an inch or so deep, whereas normally it is dry.

I think these are seeds from the ash tree floating on the surface. They make a nice pattern overlaying the reflection of reeds and trees in the water.

I played around with focus, trying to decide whether to make the water surface sharp, or the reflection, or possibly both, although that would have meant stacking. I decided on surface detail although there is some softness towards the top of the image anyway.
