My what big eyes you have!

This painted lady obviously flew into the conservatory yesterday and was trapped overnight...I couldn’t resist a few macro shots before I released it today. Then I hoovered up all the flies and cleaned the windows!!

The forecast rain arrived in a deluge about 4pm though it’s dry and bright again as I write...more forecast for later though along with some thunder.
