Birthday Lunch

Saturday, 9th November, is our younger son E's birthday. I won't say how many years it is since he put in an appearance at the Royal Infirmary (now demolished) making him a Son of the Rock, the honorific given to baby boys born in Stirling.

We won't be seeing E on Saturday so today we took him and his two daughters, the four year old and the baby sister, out for lunch. Here is a reflected blip of E, a rare enough event, with an image of the blipper, even rarer. We were enjoying a lovely meal at Nonna's Kitchen which is right beside the canal in Kirkintilloch. We'd already had a walk along the canal and it was really quite nice weather but chilly.

After we'd said cheerio to them we drove through Glasgow to visit the baby boy and his mum making it a grandchild hat-trick.

Thanks again to everyone who is popping in while my comments are off. I'm hoping to resume regular blipping soon.
