Christine and Ben picked their new kitten up yesterday from Borders Pet Rescue. As all their cats have had names starting with K, Ben picked her name. Welcome home, wee Katie.

I went through yesterday to see her, but I decided to let her settle before pointing my camera and flash at her. She has settled right in and is not in the slightest bothered by Toby, the shih tzu, who is fascinated by her, or Kari, the old cat, who just hides in her bed and refuses to acknowledge the little one’s presence.
