A day in the life

In custody

Why not a blip of Kalmar prison. Built in 1852 It's the oldest prison in Sweden still in use. Placed almost in the middle of town it  probably also has one of the best views over the canal and the city center.

I had lunch together with an old colleague of mine in a restaurant right opposite the prison and thought a little about our position in society and the possible choices we think we have depending on the conditions under which we are living. It's a very short distance between our two places in life, I feel very privileged.

We were planning the details of a music/poetry program we're doing tomorrow in an old peoples home. Maybe we could think of another type of program to offer the people across the canal.
