Passing the time

This is the only picture I've taken today! Shot whilst sitting by the beach for an hour, waiting for my Lebanese Cafe to open. It was very pleasant.

We had shawarmas for lunch in the same spot before meeting up with Patrick for a long-overdue catch-up. He has worked really hard fixing a few issues with the website and is happy and confident that the worst bugs have now been dealt with.

And as the day goes on, we're seeing more and more posts about the very sudden passing of Gary Rhodes.

We got home for 4 o'clock tea, except after two coffees, I couldn't face another hot drink. The afternoon and evening have been very chilled. G now starts a six-day holiday for Commemoration Day/UAE National Day. Only seven days of term left before she finishes for Christmas!
