Celeriac

Silly me had not heard of this yummy vegetable until a few weeks ago. I use it instead of potato. It wouldn’t get the prize for the prettiest vegetable would it?

Today I spent an hour or so in Spotlight where I purchased material and patterns for summer jumpsuits for my granddaughters. Bob spent the day hooking up a rainwater tank....maybe it will fill one day. We also took a trip out to our daughter’s place to view the half made kitchen. It’s looking good. It is a very difficult shape and I think what they have come up with is the best option.
