Drought

This is my front lawn. We can’t water our lawns at all and can use the hose on Wednesday at 6pm for half an hour. It was 41.3° today. Lucky we have solar power and air conditioning. My plants want to move inside where it’s cool.

Today we had Isbi’s daughter Helen and her fiancé Omar for lunch. Helen tried on my wedding dress which is very yellow with age but has such style. She took it home to show isbi who borrowed it for her wedding. I also made two more cakes, and a slice did the shopping and collected the grandchildren from school.
