Alan was up bright and early this morning as he was off on a short break to Edinburgh for a couple of days with Ashleigh and Lisa, to enjoy some of the Christmas festivities the city has to offer.  The Giant Lanterns:Lost Worlds at Edinburgh Zoo, Christmas Markets and the Castle are on the agenda.  He was beside himself with excitement as they left.

In other news friend Lin came for coffee this afternoon and after she left I ploughed on with Christmas shopping....from the comfort of my armchair of course ;-))
