Monotoes

A thin layer of snow on top of ice has me relegated to the house again. I tried some through-the-window bird shots but wasn’t happy with any of them. Then, I noticed Charlie sleeping on the futon in my space so I grabbed my phone and took this shot. I like cat toes and feet. I did a conversion to mono and - voila - mono-toes!

Single digits last night and remaining very cold today although it is sunny. The ice is till thick on the trees.

The political situation in our country continues to be a mess. This president isn’t my cup of tea, but impeachment really doesn’t serve anyone, and throws our country into even more turmoil. It’s a very sad state of affairs.
