Abstract Thursday ....

..... Jacobsburg State Park.

As I'm having a procedure tomorrow that requires some prep tonight we got out this afternoon for some fresh air and sunshine.

We started at Jacobsburg State Park but decided to go to a different location than we normally do.  This involved walking to a bridge that spans Bushkill Creek.  We walked under the bridge first and took some pictures of the creek and then walked over the bridge.  As I was taking more pictures of the creek below a family walked by.  I couldn't resist taking this shot of the young boy looking through the bridge fencing. I have processed the picture with a Photoshop Action .... Squicker Art.  It's not super abstract but I'm tagging it anyway!

From Jacobsburg we went to the Plainfield Rail Trail to check on the chipmunks again.  Like yesterday we didn't see any.  But we left some nuts and seeds for them anyway.  We walked up the trail for a little bit .... seeing more people out than yesterday.  Today was about 10 degrees warmer so I wasn't surprised to see more people.

On the way to Jacobsburg we swung by Green Pond to check on the geese that are usually there.  We saw lots of Canada Geese and one Snow Goose .... see extra.
