Cat among the lemons

Mystère hasn't featured here for ages, although plenty of other cats have. So here's an EBCB* showing his more or less healed eye. Sorry about the pink collar Mystère, the selection in the shop was limited! In the background, the ridiculously prolific lemon tree. We have given away as many as we can, and there are still dozens left. It didn't help that our neighbour gave us some from his tree.

Spanish class today, and then we cooked dinner for our five guests, F and T, S and T, and C. Everyone got on well together, and it was a most enjoyable evening. I had been going to make a lemon tart, for obvious reasons, so I was glad I remembered in time that C can't eat gluten ... we had roasted autumn fruits in a marmaladey sauce instead.
