Durham...and Tiny Tuesday as an extra!

On Saturday I'm in charge of a camera club outing to Durham, and as (to my shame) I've not been there for several years my Editor & I decided to spend the day there scouting it out.

The weather was fabulous for photos but I've chosen this view for my main blip, with the Cathedral reflected in the river.

Naturally we also had a good look round inside the Cathedral, and we spotted this ancient little carving of a squirrel. I'll tag this for Tiny Tuesday as "Something we appreciate" - we love seeing squirrels, particularly red ones. (KangaZu requested this TT theme in view of it being National Squirrel Appreciation Day oin the USA).
