Cafe Royal

Monday morning arrived after not much sleep.  My knee was aching during the night and feels like it has seized up. Whatever next.  I have no idea what it wrong with it, but have soldiered on all day.  Mind you my day has been spent mostly at my desk. 

I came home and put an ice pack on  it and have had it elevated for at least some of the evening.  We’ll see what tomorrow brings.

I grabbed this blip on my way to work this morning.  My mind was very much on my knee and not on getting a good blip.
