Chaffinch

A quiet and peaceful Friday, just what I needed.  BB head off to school, I went for a wee walk in the sunshine.  Once I got past the road range incident along the road, it was a lovely walk in the sunshine, and even though it was very frosty, there was some warmth in the sun.

I then popped into town for some lunch provisions and came home to do some chores and baking, with another wee afternoon wander when I spotted some blossom appearing (extra).  Surely a sign of spring..

BB had Scouts and I spent another Friday evening snoozing on the sofa.

There were lots of birds flying around this morning.  This wee chaffinch was sitting in the sun.
