You Opened my eyes... to the birds and the bees

Ear worm day today. 

We've had a lovely day.   It was windy.  I'll give it that.  It wasn't particularly Life threatening, given that we live on the West Coast of Scotland.   But we headed to the shore, and to be honest, I have never seen the water so close to the shore before.  

It wasn't even close to the shore... the shore was under water. :-)

People said that earlier, the water had been crashing over the dunes.    - we were an hour after high tide and it was still crashing over the prom wall .

We took a wee drive to Kilmarnock, so that I could buy a pair of tights which fitted me (I've discovered that Friday's tights were actually 3 sizes too small for me :-)    I'm 100% certain I ordered the correct size - but I revisited the delivery note and they were definitely the wrong size. 

Si has just make the most amazing Sunday roast - Lamb, our peas and sweet corn and our roast potatoes.  Heavens above.   Plate Lickable. 

I knew there was a reason I kept him.
