MM - Looking In

How lucky was I today to capture this beautiful Sparrow Hawk just outside my window where he was "looking in" at me.  He gave me the time to go get my camera and sat there for what seemed a long time, long enough for me to take over 50 shots of him.  Most of them were duplicates but all told I have about 6 different ones.  When I see Sparrow Hawks it's always with mixed feelings but you have to admit they are strikingly beautiful birds.

It's been a quiet day spent catching up and getting back into our comfortable routines;  it's good to go away but better to be back home again. :-)
