Rugeley Skyline

A walk on Cannock Chase with my Neighbour Andy.  He's keen to improve his fitness and previous walks didn't seem to phase him so we planned about a 10 mile walk across the Chase.  In the end it was a bit further, but the weather was good and we'd planned it to keep the wind on our backs for most of the day.  We even had time for a coffee and sandwich at the visitor centre.

This is the view from Slitting Mill, looking across to the old power station.  As ever, it's more a cloudscape than a landscape.  It does faithfully record the bright day we had, with abundant blue sky.
