Wild?

Some wall decor here at the rehab center, where it's been a tiring day with more pain than previously. I managed to get in some walking time with Jon and did some standing exercises on the ramp in the gym that has grip bars on either side. It turns out there is also an elliptical machine that can be used while sitting in a wheelchair. John showed me how to use it and it could be something to do on the weekend. On the other hand, trying it may have been what caused the pain in my back. So we'll see. On the whole, a drag of a day and I'm glad to see it coming to an end. Lex will be coming to visit tomorrow, so that gives me something to look forward to.
