On frozen pond!

An icy walk this morning at 7.30am! Still lots of snow and our circuit of Coppice Pond in the St Ives estate showed it was almost completely frozen over. The marks you can see in the snow (in large) are duck and geese prints!

For some reason there is just one area of the pond not frozen, where the ducks and geese have gathered for feeding. As you can see Toby and Buster were very interested and  Toby is no worse for wear from his deep snow excursion on Monday.

Been to get my legs and toes done ready for the off, and picking Hilary up from the station soon to settle her in for the cat and house sitting.
