Really?

We had a quiet morning - not very productive.
Skipped brunch at Comet Pieces but went to Tesco to do some shopping.
I wanted to cook some broth.

It was unbelievable - the shelves were emptied!!!
And I am not talking loo roll!
No carrots or other basic vegetables, meat shelves were empty! So were pizza, tins of tomatoes and more.
Even oats were out and the frozen veg freezers were empty too!!
I could not believe that!

We went home with modest shopping and were lucky that Neil had a midnight shop run earlier the week.

Then we prepared for the Wedding Fair tomorrow. It is a small one and was not cancelled.
We are equipped with plenty of hand sanitiser, as we do not want people browsing the albums and spreading potentially the virus!

Now going to relax a bit to be fit for the fair tomorrow.
Despite the awkward situation, I am looking forward to it.

Neil phone his parents down in England, and as I suspected, they are totally oblivious. Neil did his best to change that and also spoke to his sister ....

Blipping the empty frozen veg aisle!
