Achievements

Today went according to plan. 

Home alone all day. Again. 

Weighed myself (oh dear) and logged all my calories during the day. 

Attacked the garden with enthusiasm - well except for the compost bin which I attacked with determination. 

Saw Junior briefly on Messenger. Two of his flatmates are virus suspects, so he is staying with his mum and keeping away from me. 

We had a lot of sunshine today and it even felt a little warm around lunchtime. I have that healthy glow which comes from spending a few hours outside in the fresh air and early spring weather.
