Honey Bee

The pink heather was buzzing with bees in the sunshine, completely oblivious to me and my camera.

I was outside for a few hours painting the front gates, or rather, front gate, as unfortunately the job was fiddlier, slower and needed more paint than expected, so only one was completed! Luckily paint can be ordered online so the other one will be done in a few days time.

We live on a very quiet lane so I was amazed by the large number of people passing by, cycling, walking or running. people really seem to be taking up the opportunity of daily exercise.

Tonight we played Code Word, a word linking game that requires some brain power. Tricky but fun.
