Stool

This is the stool I finished making today for melamny's daughter. It has her name, and some colourful circles painted on the top. It's a fairly basic design, which you can see more clearly in the extras, made from bits of my old cabin bed. It doesn't wobble! Yay!!

It's lovely with projects like this to design them, on paper / computer, and then see them come to 'life' and actually be real.

This morning we watched the online church service from the church we visited this Sunday. It was really good, and very different to the one from the other church last week! It was lovely though, because this is such a small church, to hear familiar names and see familiar faces. It does make me miss them all though :(

I had a sore back today, from sitting down too much yesterday, so I did lots of standing up kind of things, like making the stool and undercoating an ugly bit of wood in the hallway. Reading my book outside in the sun wasn't standing up, but it was most enjoyable.
