Day 36 - Neil's Sourdough!!

I was up early again!
Todays task was writing 10 recommendations for others. I did not find that so easy, but got 7 done - which took time.
I got a few feedbacks from happy people! That was nice.
Neil was excited about his bread. Today was baking time!!
We could hardly wait until it was cooled down before cutting it!
It turned out amazingly well for the first try!
We ate more than half of it right away.

I spent the rest of the day editing and posting.
