Following a New Path

This isn’t my favourite walk to see the wild garlic but it comes pretty close.

Rebecca came over this morning so she could be with me to await the funeral director, felt quite queasy beforehand but it all went well and felt much better afterwards.

The main problem was where to hold the service.
Leeds or Bradford would mean nobody could go inside the crematorium, unthinkable.
Skipton allows five mourners.
Harrogate allows ten mourners inside and ten outside so no prizes for guessing where it will be held.
Hope it might be even more lenient in how many can attend after what Boris has to say on Sunday.
Rather longer wait than usual for a date but not as far away as we expected.

Then l opened my Christmas present from Mr P and the Christmas present l had bought him.
Because of the events around that time we never opened them but today l did. 
So now l have a beautiful new Orla Kiely handbag, he knew me so well.
