Over a Wall

A rhododendron spotted over a high wall.   A bright flower hopefully signalling a bright future for us all.  Jamie and I have the keys to the bungalow a few days in advance of actual completion which will be on Tuesday thanks to bank holiday and solicitors reduced hours at present.   We've started cleaning - extra pic.
