I found these on the edge of the A33.  I thought the road surface gave a nicely uncomplicated but rather different background to what I never think is an easy wildflower to photograph.

It can also act as my reminder that as from today we're onto WFW20_08 in the WildFlowerWeek challenge.  You have until midnight Saturday (23rd) to get your entry/ies in.  WFW20_07 results will be given out this Wednesday.
