Another Day, Another Bird

Dear Diary,


A female Rose Breasted Grosbeak.  She has such a sweet expression as she posed so nicely on the feeder.  I have not as yet been able to get a decent photograph of her mate.  I often thing the females of many bird species are overlooked in favor of their more flamboyant male counterparts but just look at those lovely markings!  And it is another lovely day too.  Our temperatures are rising.  Luckily that is not so for me, my temperature remains normal, although the bronchitis is a bit of an aggravation.  I will give it one more day and then I may call my doctor.  Thank you for all your concern, it means a lot to me.
