Beautiful ride on the bike trail

It was so great to see blue sky and sunshine today, after a rather gloomy and wet week! Roger and I took our exercise on the bike trail, starting from South Lebanon, and doing about 17 miles return. Many of the Spring wildflowers have finished now, but there were beautiful banks of Miami Mist, the lovely delicate blue flower with serrated edges. In the evening we treated ourselves to some Thai food take away from our local Thai restaurant. Restaurants have been open for a week now for outdoor dining - unfortunately the weather wasn’t very conducive - but this weekend they could open indoor seating as well, though with distanced seating and various safety measures in place. However, we shan’t be rushing out to them yet!
