I made a dicovery this morning, the Shipping Forecast and News Briefing are no longer on R4 at 5.20 am Apparently it was temporarily stopped 2 months ago because of the pandemic (why?). Now it's the World Service till 5.30 with the Shipping Forecast at 5.33. Let's move on.

I went back to sleep in amazement an and sign my get up till nearly 9. Another beautiful day and for me another day of during inside doing 1-1 interviews, 5 and a Committee meeting today

I needed a walk so it was off along Braid Hills Road. The parked cruise ships are clearly visible in the Forth.

Home to eat and water the garden.

Another busy day tomorrow.
