A day in the life

Mothers Day

All day has been devoted to my friend Bengts and mine concert at Sandås Garden, not far from here. We played music by the Swedish poet and songwriter Evert Taube. There is a maximum level of 50 people at any public event these days but we kept well within those limits. We had a crowd of 32 people in the garden of Sandås, owned by a woman who loves live music and to have people enjoying good company, home made bread and coffee or tea. They all ordered a seat and payed the fee to have a lovely afternoon in fair weather, enjoying music and the event.

I'm so glad we still have people willing to put down the work to organise venues for people to meet and socialise, still under safe conditions in Corona times. We all had a fantastic afternoon. The main blip is from my point of view before the concert, the second is a borrowed picture of us plying. More images here
