Lilac

I woke up to another gorgeous summer day and decided to start off by cutting the grass, before it was getting too hot.

At once, when I opened the entrance door I could feel the heavy scent of lilac in the air. In some places on the island there is huge bushes of lilac on both sides of the road, creating an almost stunning effect. This is peak season for lilacs.

On my cycle trip today I caught this huge white lilac bush, with som birch trees in the background, all very summer-Swedish.
