Now, as I see it......

Messing about by the river

Having not been out other than for almost exclusively village walks and once to sit in the car in the supermarket car park while I went inside, W was clearly feeling totally cabin-feverish so we decided to go somewhere different for our walk, as that is now officially permitted.  A drive over to Bedford where we did a full circuit of the Embankment; always a pleasant place to walk.  Just over two miles in total, and whilst there were quite a few people around everyone seemed to be very conscious of keeping a good distance from each other and of waiting so that they didn't have to pass on the footbridges.  Apart, of course, from the immortal under 30's.  My main shot was along one side of the Embankment which I always think has the look of a Paris park, whist I've added a couple of extras, one of the Millennium Butterfly Bridge and another of two families of goslings being shepherded by their parents into the water.
