Uncommon Orchid

This Orchid is relatively uncommon.

It is Marsh Fragrant-orchid. ( Gymnadenia densiflora).

It grows in damp calcareous areas, especially marshes, fens and dune slacks. It can be found in Hampshire, a few ares in the south-west, mid Wales and sparsely in the Lake District. In Scotland it is very rare.
