Slender Wave

Although the garden has been green for a couple of months, the blossoms and flowers came and went. Only now are plants beginning to show signs of coming into bloom. Bottlebrush just beginning to show stood out dramatically against the oak in deep shadow. It's tall slender panicles bending in unison as if making a wave.

I noticed when processing that in the background there are tree trunks out of focus with some light on them. They have a similar shape and I wish I had seen them at the time of taking and made more of them.
