Age

 Ugh… what a day. Work was a bit of a beast. 

That’s it finished for the week, however. 

The day started a bit too early - just after 05:00. I slept well, but not quite enough.

It was good to unwind in the kitchen after I got home in the evening. It is summer soup time. Šaltibarščiai, from Lithuania. Beetroot, cucumber, green onions, dill, hard boiled eggs and kefir. Easy, and so delicious. It is served with boiled potatoes. 

I remember thinking I should have wine with it. I remember trying to decide between red and white. Then I forgot all about it. Age, eh…
