Have a good day!

My dislocated toe stood up well to the punishment of a 6 mile run this morning, strapped to its next neighbour. The dislocated toe is the one that had none and was strapped to the one that had roast beef!

A first as well as I managed a route up the North Downs called Coldblow Hill, 700 feet of ascent. Great feeling when you get to the top as the remaining three miles are almost entirely downhill.

An afternoon at the allotment mowing and edging the paths, weeding of course, picking French and runner beans and beetroot. We’re overwhelmed with courgettes. The plants are the most productive I’ve known them to be. Courgette lasagne for tea tonight, courgette curry on Saturday. The lasagne was excellent.

Feet up this evening for a well earned rest.

Today’s blip greeted me this morning at breakfast and shouted “Good Morning and have a good day” There are plenty of extenuated patterns in the shot. Thanks for hosting Ingeborg.
