Looking to Noss

Low cloud hanging over places this morning, and remained fairly overcast all day, with the sun trying to break through.  A lovely warm day.  Showers started this evening.

Day off work, and up early.  A morning around the house.  Met up with friend Julie, and headed out for a family walk with mam, Jonny and the bairns.  With the showers this evening, it's a quiet night with the telly.  There are a few possible new Coronavirus cases in Shetland, waiting to hear to if positive.  Hopefully not, or there may be another lockdown coming.

Headed to Lerwick, and only just managed to catch the ferry to Bressay, where we met the family.  We parked up at Loch of Brough, and headed along the road towards Gory.  When then headed to the abandoned township of Grimsetter, and onwards to the Noss ferry slip, before returning to the car.  Before catching the ferry back, we stopped for a picnic at the play park.  Great to spend time with the bairns.  My favourite view of the day, was looking to Noss and the old house.
