S is for Sun(flower)

This one was drooping yesterday but held its head nicely today.  I'm actually feeling sorry for the flowers in general.  The heat is punishing.

Week 2 of the European Empires MOOC finished today.  Tomorrow, another MOOC's turn.

It is not motivating to do any housework.  The ground floor is cool with the fan on, the heat kept out, AW walking around in a sarong.  I wear mine too, once in a while.  Washed my face half a dozen times in the afternoon.  This is like the tropics, and actually worse because there is hardly any wind.
