Triple Take

This bunch of chrysanthemums just refuses to wither. But as I mentioned on Saturday, they've changed from pristine white (see 9th Jan. and 30th Jan.) to purplish at the ends of the petals - maybe the result of a month's stay in the cold conservatory. My extremities would be purplish too if I spent much time out there!
Anyway, I decided to keep working on a reflections theme and set up a large mirror behind the blooms, so I also had their reflected image and the Campsie Hills covered with a smattering of snow in the background. I shot into the mirror, using a small aperture (f/16) to gain a good depth of field and used a tripod for the slow 1/15th second exposure.
