Plying

Ditton Fields, one of the meadow areas a short cycle from the city centre, is much more deserted now September has arrived. There was a cooler breeze but the sun still made for a lovely afternoon. Ciders in the evening were accompanied by some shivering and a big coat, but were also highly pleasant.

The Eco Cam Trips boat was plying its trade on the river, sadly with a distinct lack of passengers. They’re all queuing for Wagamama or Wetherspoons in Cambridge city centre, by the look of things.
