Day 174 Another view of the garden

Today Violet went back to her ballet class for the first time since March.  No parents/carers are allowed in the hall and once inside their teacher has strict social distancing measures in place.  Violet loves to dance and it was good to see her return to one more little bit of normality.

This evening we had dinner with the family, which was nice.  From Monday it will become illegal in England  to meet with members of another household in groups of more than six (children of all ages included) for social reasons.  Apparently it's still quite safe to be in larger numbers at work and in schools though....  It's going to be rather tough of two families each with two children wishing to meet.  Many MPs have said that they feel under 12s should be excluded from number as is the case in Scotland.  Rules are different now in all four nations of the United Kingdom.  What a mess.
This evening was the Last Night of the Proms, watched by many remotely but with no live audience.  In the end those two songs were performed with voices and orchestra!

I took very few pics today: this is rather an EB showing another view of our garden
