Fungus Feast

I didn't know squirrels ate anything other than nuts and acorns......

I think I missed a lovely sunrise this morning but decided that sleep was more important, as I had quite a few things to get done. I managed a good walk around Upton Country Park at the end of afternoon - exploring paths that I didn't even know existed! There wasn't much wildlife to be seen but I spotted this squirrel feasting on a mushroom/toadstool. This was the only shot I got of him because he took off the moment he spotted me - he obviously didn't want to share! :))
